1. Acceptance of Terms
The Hustlers is owned and operated by Inter Partners Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Email: contact@the-hustlers.com
2. Description of Service
The Hustlers lets players create profiles and usernames, submit venues, log matches, record guest or manual opponents, view player records and take part in The List.
4. Matches and submitted results
Only confirmed Hustlers 8-Ball frames from public venue matches between registered players count towards The List. The List is ranked by confirmed frame wins. Ties are separated by exact frame win rate, match wins, then matches played. Private matches, personal logs, guest matches, pending results and rejected results do not count towards public rankings. Users are responsible for submitting accurate match results, venue information and profile details. The Hustlers may review, edit, remove or correct information where needed to protect the integrity of the platform.
5. Venues
Players may add venues where they play. Venue details may be reviewed, edited, merged, verified or removed by The Hustlers.
8. Changes to the service
Features, venue statuses and ranking rules may change as the service develops. PoolShot is a coming soon shot assistance and training tool within The Hustlers ecosystem.
